Possible causes.

  • The corresponding signal has no stop-loss. Click here on how to identify signal IDs and corresponding trades.
  • Incorrect prices mentioned in the signal.
    • For market buy trades, stop-loss price cannot be higher than the current market price.
    • For market sell trades, stop-loss price cannot be lower than the current market price.
    • For pending buy orders, stop-loss price cannot be higher than the entry price.
    • For pending sell orders, stop-loss price cannot be lower than the entry price.
