The Expert Advisor Pro copier requires both the copier app and the MT4/MT5 Terminal (Loaded with copier EA) open in order to receive signals and open trades in the MT4/MT5.
In case of either the copier app or MT4/MT5 being closed. Signals will not be sent to the configured MT4/MT5. Therefore, Make sure the copier app status and EA screen connection status is similar to shown below.


Also, It is compulsory that PC/Laptop does not go into sleep mode. In cases where this is not possible it is recommended to use a VPS (Virtual Private Server) which is similar to a personal PC running in the cloud for this purpose.
Copier app & MT4/MT5 is open but still not receiving signals to MT4?
- Make sure Auto Trading is enabled.

- Make sure DLL imports is enabled.

- If your account has non-standard currency pair names, make sure symbol settings are entered correctly.
- Eg: If the signal channel uses GOLD symbol and MT4 account uses XAUUSD. It is essential that the symbol conversion is entered correctly in EA settings.
